Every Wednesday I meet with the five other pastors who form and shape the teaching direction and content for our entire community.
We’re all aware of one another’s strengths and weaknesses, which is a good thing!
What’s new for us is learning how to speak to the weaknesses with grace so that they can become strengths: that’s maturity!
I am thankful to have a team like that and pray the same blessing for you.
