Over the past few days we’ve been meeting with members of our church family and sharing with them the accomplishments of the past few years.
What’s been fascinating for me has not been the enthusiastic response of those who’ve gathered to hear this report; it’s been the undeniable sense that “something’s coming” by the Holy Spirit.
Many people have commented that they see that much of what we’ve done has been essential “foundation laying” which has prepared us for a blessing that we have yet to fully understand.
I can’t tell you exactly what it’s going to be but I know that God is getting ready to stir us up in directions and ways that we have not seen before. New people are coming, new ideas are being shared and most of all, fresh faith is being released throughout the congregation.
In the midst of all that’s going on in our world today, it’s exciting to know that something’s coming here that will not be effected by the world’s circumstances.
