Praise is an amazing experience for the person who understands God’s desire to have fellowship with you. Praise is the currency in which we travel in the Kingdom of God and the way in which doors open before us that no man can shut.
Last evening, I joined some members of our North Way worship team for an hour of praise and worship on CTV, our local Christian television station. There is no doubt in my mind that during that hour, the presence of God was almost palpable in the studio where we were broadcasting, but also being received into the hearts and lives of the many thousands of people who were watching the program throughout the day. Praise has that affect, it can make room in your heart for God to work because your focus moves from your inability to God’s greatness and the fact that with God “nothing is impossible”! Let that be your encouragement as you walk and pray throughout the balance of this day.
