O Come Let Us ADORE Him!

Last evening, in what was nearly a packed house, the name of Jesus was lifted up here at North Way and people delighted themselves in the sounds, sights and symbols of Christmas!

As I have said frequently in this space over the past weeks, Christmas is unapologetically celebrated in my life, my home and my church. It was a great joy to hear the superlative people were using as they left the building last night after what was considered a "Broadway quality" presentation.

For me, it's not so much about the excellence as it is the exultation. The Lord is worthy of our best and when our volunteers and team members step up to honor the Lord with song and creativity we as His blessed creation are lifted to a different level of appreciation for what God did for us on that Christmas night.

"Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people."
Luke 2:10

Whatever your schedule may have in it, may I urge you to try to make your way to the Wexford campus of North Way to be part of ADORE this evening, Dec. 16 beginning at 7:00 p.m., as tomorrow night is completely full. (However, there may be some standing room or overflow seating if you'd like to take a chance at one unforgettable night of Christmas celebration!)

I'm feeling really blessed to be part of all this and trust that you will not let this opportunity pass you by, whether here or simply by using the CD called ADORE that you can purchase after the concert or weekend services.

Blessings,
Dr. Jay
