Today I had the very gratifying experience of meeting with a group of 12 men from all over the city as we pool together our efforts and resources to continue the process of establishing the extension campus of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Few people fully appreciate the magnitude of this challenge and the potential enormity of the benefit that this will be to our entire region in years to come.
The possibililty of not having to leave the Pittsburgh area to get a high quality evangelical education with live professors and in community with fellow students is a rare and desireable achievement.
We've had our obstacles and as most visionary kinds of endeavors we've had to overcome lots of challenges. However, we can see the finish line and feel very excited about the possibilities of what it will mean to Pittsburgh and the larger region to have this seminary fully established, hopefully by the end of 2010!
