When I woke up today and checked my thermometer and saw three degrees, my heart didn’t want to kick into gear. Three degrees in early March!
And yet, as the sun arose and the temperatures began to slowly climb, the hope that spring is not that far away began to arise in me. The difference between where I am now and the hope that spring will come in its season is called faith.
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Hebrews 11:1
Friends, not in recent memory have we needed more faith than at the present time. Our economic institutions, our government, our entire way of life seem to be in question right now. Faith looks at the word of God; the promises made to His people, and believes that despite whatever the current circumstance, better days are ahead!
