that I enjoy being with or have some "affinity" towards. Here, we are
challenged to think of everyone as our "friend" for the sake of the
"interests of Jesus" in their lives.
This compels me to see everyone through a more accepting and even
engaging lens. Neighbors with whom I have little contact, casual acquaintances,
even people who "come by" such as the service folks, are all loved by Christ
and should be received in that light by me.
This changes my perception of every contact I make today!
